What happened to "Mission Accomplished"?

Perhaps it was all by design.
The Neocons loved the phrase - - - we will bomb you back to the stone age- -
So I guess in a sense the Neocons accomplished their objective in Iraq.
Yet, none of these Neo/Zio/Cons were held accountable for their war crimes against a whole sovereign nation, and their citizens.
What good is the Hague if no one is brought to the docket?
History will hold them to account imo. I despair of the Hague. I despair of William Hague.
