2 Years Ago Marked US 'Withdrawal' From Iraq

Two years ago this is what Obama said in a speech at Fort Bragg to mark the withdrawal - 'We are leaving behind a sovereign, stable and self-reliant Iraq, with a representative government that was elected by its people. We are building a new partnership between our nations.' If the words were empty then (and they were), how much more empty are they today. Link
