Sunday marked eight years of Mission Accomplished in Iraq.
Here is a good live blog on the developments in Libya which are going to mirror the Iraq debacle. Next step after bombing which kills thousands will be 'training' of rebels then support troops on the ground for the trainers then bases springing up. Probably near to oil installations (just a guess). A lot of angry Arab eyes will be watching this unfold. Who will be first to start to talk about 'Libyan insurgents' when the US Army turns it's incompetent guns on cars at checkpoints and 'precision munitions' on compound people in Tripoli and Benghazi.?
