Who is leading the fiasco of foreign intervention in Libya? Ghaddafi agrees to a proposal by the African Union who seem to be negotiating as if NATO didn't exist. The individual NATO countries seem to be acting and commenting as if the other NATO member states didn't exist. This is going the same way as Iraq with inept politicians tripping over incompetent generals and biased reporters in a rush to get to the cameras to enhance their profiles. The US are keeping a low profile although we all know that NATO jumps to their tune. They will time their own unilateral intervention (with NATO nodding in the wings) at a time to suit the needs of the US/Israli axis to the max. Meanwhile the people continue to suffer at the hands of both Ghaddafi and NATO.
