The U.S. Navy video showed what it said was the guided-missile cruiser U.S.S. Philippine Sea launching Tomahawk Land-Attack Missiles (TLAM) against Islamic State targets on Tuesday. They usually accompany such PR with spin about 'precision-guided' weapons. Not only did they not make the claim about 'precision' (they're not), the US Navy didn't even say in which country 'the terrorists' were located.
