At Least 1375 Killed in Iraq in January

The report said at least 790 civilians were killed and 1,469 others were wounded in violence. Baghdad was the worst affected province in January with 256 killed, while Anbar suffered 195 casualties.
From 1 January to 31 December 2014, UNAMI had recorded a total of 12,282 killed and 23,126 injured. The UN mission cautioned that the real toll could be higher.
