2 Turks believed killed in Arbil car bomb attack claimed by ISIL: 
In a statement late on Friday, the Foreign Ministry said preliminary findings by the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) authorities indicate that the attack’s two victims were Turks. DNA tests are being conducted to identify them, it said.
The attack, which took place right outside the entrance to the heavily fortified US Consulate compound, was claimed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). No US personnel were hurt in the blast, according to the US State Department.
