Last month, the UN announced that the number of civilian casualties in the first nine months of 2018 is higher than in any year since it started documenting them in 2009. LINK
Nor me, OF. The Afghans, even the US allies, are sick of them now. I smell an endgame. Declare 'victory' and retreat with tail between legs. The Taliban have won already.
