Goodbye, Dubya - Tony Blair Has A New Boss Now

''In the conversations I’ve had with the Israeli Prime Minister there is now, in principle, agreement for Israel to allow goods in” Tony Blair said on Monday. And like magic, an official Israeli statement today announced the ‘easing’ of the Gaza blockade. After three years of lucrative ambassadorial work, the man best known for invading Iraq on doctored evidence is back in the big time. As pressure mounts on Netanyahu’s government to end the illegal blockade on Gaza following the flotilla massacre, the former PM has been asked to step up his Hasbara duties. No word on when or how or in relation to what the 'easing' will take place but hey, Tony, makes a good headline for Israel in the Murdoch (your former boss's) media channels.

  1. An easing of the blockade means that the status quo stays in place.
The effen blockade, and occupation of Gulag Gaza is illegal. What in the eff do they not understand. The global community can except nothing less than total abandonment of the occupation. The walls of Gulag Gaza must come down.

  2. The illegality issue is the key here sure enough, RZ. International law is like pregnancy - you cannot be half pregnant. 1.5 million people are illegally blockaded as a collective punishment and it will continue to stink. Blair's weasel words and obsequious role to the US/Israel axis is now a world embarrassment. He was heckled by a Palestinian man at a mosque in Palestine recently. I will post a clip of it tonight. I hope you and a few others will cascade it.
