Baathists Back In Control In Iraq?

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Hussein al-Shirefi of the Ahrar bloc confirmed that the running of the state in Iraq is no longer under the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki’s control and the Baathists returned once again, noting “The Baathists are controlling on all the state departments.”
Shirefi stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The army and the police are completely infiltrated by the Baathists and Fedayeen Saddam and they are imposing control on all the security departments.”
“The Baathists started to control the government administration after it came of out of Maliki’s hand who permitted them to return to the state offices,” he added.
“The key to solve Iraq’s problems is to dismiss and ablate the Baathists from the country,” he stressed.
