Syria - Jo Swinson

I emailed Jo Swinson, my MP, at the House of Commons to ask for her position on the proposed assault on Syria. Her response referred me to her website statement HERE.
This is my response emailed to her office at the House of Commons.

I read your statement. It's a very convoluted spin on the fact that you supported backing the US in its proposed assault on Syria (UN approval or not). I am glad that you and your boss were unsuccessful in shoring up Cameron's position. Your votes are in sharp contrast with your (and Nick Clegg's) stance on Iraq and Afghanistan when you were in opposition. I hope you meet with the same success in attempting to protect your career as you met in trying to back the US in stoking the civil war in Syria. I voted for you in the last election. I won't even consider it in the next.
