Wave of attacks in Iraq's disputed city of Kirkuk kill 11, wound 70:
"Iraqi state television showed smoke billowing from the building after security forces detonated additional bombs the attackers had left inside the complex.
Earlier, a health official said suicide bombers and gunmen attacked a nearby police intelligence headquarters, killing at least six people and wounding dozens more.
Kurdish Asayish force in Kirkuk announced that at the request of the Governor of Kirkuk and chairman of its security committee, a special anti Kurdish terrorism force arrived on Wednesday evening, Dec. 4, in Kirkuk to get the situation under control and crush the remaining terrorist elements that attacked, earlier in the day, Kirkuk intelligence office.
Director of Sulaimaniyah Anti Terrorism in Kurdistan region, Lahor Sheikh Jinky, said that a force specialized in controlling situations,www.Ekurd.net such as in Kirkuk, arrived in the city of Kirkuk on the request of Governor Najmaldin Karim, and Chairman of Security Committee.
