As Maliki steps down, the US media are trying to blame the clusterfuck in Iraq on him rather than the neocons and Bushidos who opened the Pandora's box. As of today there is nobody in Iraq who receives more than 6 hours electricity on any given day. After all this time that is the reality of life, even leaving aside the depredations of the mediaeval madmen.
