In this July 6, 2006 photo above right, Hussein Mohammed points to the charred and blood splattered crime scene where his teenaged neighbor Abeer Qassim al-Janabi was raped and killed along with her parents and 6 year-old sister in Mahmoudiya, Iraq. Steven Dale Green, a former 101st Airborne soldier, serving five life terms for raping and killing Abeer,  killing her parents and sister says he didn't think of civilians as humans fter being exposed to extreme war zone violence.


The soulless wretch who with his buddies did this claims to be a victim of some kind. 'The brutality of war' etc. The reason war is so brutal is because of thugs like him and boneheads like the military who brainwashed him. I hope any sympathy there might be goes to where it belongs and it is not with Green and his accomplices. I suspect it wont.
