Iraq Veteran Trashes Magistrates - Psychological Study

The lesson of this episode to me is the delusional mindset of the accused man. When a drunk says "I have spent four years in Baghdad to keep idiots like you free" the alcohol dimension is no excuse. He probably believes that to be the case, although I suspect the magistrates were about as convinced as I am. What do the army do to brainwash people like this? Even the sober ones.
