Oh great another "report". Another investigation. One more Commission.
When, oh when will some one be held accountable? And I am not talking about some down the rank and file person. Higher ups knew, and advocated this. These cretins knew well ahead of time that they would not be held accountable. They got away with it. And even worse, they enjoyed it.
